John Fetterman, Lt. Governor of Pennsylvania at his home in Braddock PA. Fetterman was Mayor of Braddock PA before running for higher office. The Edgar Thompson Steel Mill is directly across the street from where Fetterman lives and contributes to toxic air in Braddock.
The outdoor green space is the roof to Fetterman's home where he has a garden in the summer that he makes with his wife.
Please note that Fetterman refused to smile and stated "That's not me. I don't like smiling for photographs" Writing this in case somebody is wondering why he has such serious expressions. Fetterman's home is a converted car dealership and repair shop. A restaurant is on the first floor called Superior Motors which was the name of the car dealership.
